Caroline brings together a DIY, grassroots sensibility with more than two decades of major-label and agency experience. Her career in music has spanned campaigns for artists including Karen O, Biffy Clyro, Tim Burgess and The Strokes, as well as alt-J’s platinum-selling debut An Awesome Wave. That experience, rooted in understanding audiences, shaping narratives and building genuine cultural connection, now extends across artists, events, and purpose-led organisations

Launching in September 2026, Rare Creatures works with a deliberately small roster of clients, offering senior-level thinking, close collaboration and communications campaigns with personality, purpose and something worth saying.
